Wine Courses On Bruny Island

Would you like to improve your understanding of wine, what wines to choose and when? Increase your skills at wine and food pairing? Nathalie offers wine education courses that cater for everybody, no matter what your level of wine knowledge and expertise, right here on Bruny Island.

One thing that makes these courses unique is that every wine used for education and tasting is from France. Why just French wines? In order to understand and appreciate the true essence and taste of wines such as pinot noir, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, cabernet sauvignon and shiraz, it makes sense to sample these wines from where they originated. You will then have the tools and background to appreciate the differences between Old World and New World wines and in particular, what makes a truly memorable wine.

Testimonials

Hi Nathalie,

I really enjoyed the first module and would like to continue to the next 2 for certain. The last 2 may be a bit more than I need to know at this stage.

I was a trainer in another life and was really impressed with your presentation methods and course materials. You used a great mix of practical and theoretical combined with exercises that tied together what we had learned.

The Powerpoint displays were short and succinct as they should be!! Many students endure displays containing reams of text that strain the attention level.

In particular I must mention one more highlight. Our introduction to and the practical use of Le Nez du Vins! This segment of the course  was extremely enjoyable testing out our senses with real aromas!!
